Levalbuterol or Levosalbutamol (R-enantiomer of albuterol) is a adrenergic agonist (direct acting), used as Bronchodilator to prevent and treat wheezing and shortness of breath caused by breathing problems (such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). It is a quick-relief drug.
